SubZero™ Ultra hot tubs were developed through the marriage of over 100 years of combined hot tub service-technician experience and world-class engineering, with a singular goal: to build hot tubs that perform better, last longer, and deliver a more comfortable, efficient ownership experience—especially in demanding cold-climate environments.

Every design decision was driven by real-world use, not showroom shortcuts. From Zero™-Contact low-profile jets that eliminate pressure points when relaxing, to a suction-free footwell that improves space, comfort and safety, no detail was overlooked.

Thermal performance was engineered from the ground up. A fully insulated Zero™ Frost Foundation protects against heat loss at the base, while Zero™-Shell Perimeter Insulation applies proven building-science principles by insulating the spa where it matters most—around the shell. Rigid, foil-backed insulated panels enhanced with advanced aerogel materials create an efficient thermal envelope that retains heat, recovers equipment warmth, and avoids the energy losses common in full-foam designs.

The result is a hot tub that is exceptionally efficient, remarkably quiet, and purpose-built for real winters—without sacrificing serviceability or long-term reliability.
